Placing an Order
Ordering is quick and easy. Browse our lineup of fashion and accessories and add the items you’d like to your shopping cart. When you’re ready to purchase, proceed to the checkout page, enter your payment information, and choose a shipping method.
Shipping
All orders are shipped from our 3PL fulfillment center via Israel Post, and we strive to get your items to you as quickly as possible.
- Processing time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
- Delivery time: After processing, items are expected to arrive within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping fees: We offer free shipping on all orders. To give you the best shopping experience, we do our utmost to deliver your order quickly and efficiently.
Tracking Your Order
To track your order, please use the link below. By entering your order number, you can see the latest information on your package’s location. We want you to always be able to check the status of your order!

Cancelling Your Order
If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so within 6 hours of placing it. Please send an email to info@upsteady.com within 6 hours of ordering to request the cancellation.
